Responsibilities:
- Research and curate interview questions and answers to help users prepare for their dream jobs.
- Publish internship articles and job listings to guide and inspire others.
- Ensure high-quality content for Talentd’s growing community.

2. Frontend Intern (1 Opening)
Responsibilities:
- Build the MVP for Talentd’s Mobile App & Web Version using Next.js and React Native.
- Work on ShadCN UI and TailwindCSS to create a modern, user-friendly design.
- Deliver a scalable, fast, and intuitive frontend experience.
- Opportunity to make the project open source for community contributions.
Must Have:
- Prior experience with Next.js and React Native (ShadCN & TailwindCSS is a plus).

3. Growth & Monetization Intern (1 Opening)
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and reach out to brands, EdTech companies, and hiring platforms for sponsorships.
- Ad & Affiliate Marketing: Optimize ad placements, grow affiliate marketing, and analyze ad revenue (Google AdSense, Ezoic, Amazon, etc.).
- Employer Relations: Connect with HRs and startups to offer paid job postings and hiring services.
- Monetization Strategy: Experiment with new ways to generate revenue while keeping Talentd free for users.
Bonus:
- If you help secure paid collaborations or revenue-generating deals, all interns will be paid as a result. This ensures Talentd remains 100% free for the community while rewarding the team.
